The sentiment, Dare to be fabulous is from an old SU set called Fabulous but the vintage looking ladies aren't. Not sure if they are from an older SU (I don't recognize them) or from another stamp company and were just used on the same card? Can't help you there but at least I think the sentiment was from FAbulous. I don't recall when it came out but I know it was active in 2007 because I got swaps with it at that Leadership session.
